They work very well but have a learning curve involved. As for the people who forget they subscribed, you can eliminate that by keeping in contact frequently and reminding them in each email (in the footer etc as you see fit) and for the ones who still can't remember, they can hit the unsubscribe link and both of you can move on. For the ones who hit the spam button, have a reputable autoresponder company to save you
