I click signature links if this person sounds like they know what they are talking about. also depends on my mood, if i'm busy with something and I'm here just to grab a quick bite to help me out, then i won't usually click, but when I come back later I'll remember that person and probably click.

I'll click the signature and check out the profile and even look for blog entries if the response has caught my attention. You never know what you'll uncover on the other side

Along those same lines, do you click signature files in emails?

Yeah sure, i do click on links if they look interesting to me. After all, if you want to know new things and find out more and more...what stops you from doing that? Not clicking just because it is a link in a signature? uh huh...

I usually will click a signature link if it interests me.

Or if I find a member useful (and I got some time) I might just check out there sites to see what they are doing, how it's designed etc.

I do click on sig if I found something interesting.. well I'm more on graphics so I usually click on portfolio site. just my curiosity on their work.

I think good anchor text would attract more people to click your sig link.
