If you mean real estate marketing. If you want to get a potential prospect, you should try the viral marketing or it means word of mouth. Or if you want to get potential prospect through internet you should try the sponsorship and networking communities, get listed on the directories, advertise your products to real estate industry, join a committee and present at the product and service showcase

Try finding websites or people who run newsletters that reach your audience. If you can get a little blurb into the newsletter, that can be a cost effective way to bring awareness to your product.

With viral marketing, you need to show your product in an amusing light - which won't work for all products - but for ideas - seach for "will it blend".

Craigslist.org can bring some leads - just don't spam by posting in the right category and location.

Email marketing i would say is the cheapest way to promote your product. Designing an attractive newsletter and sending it out to your customers will benefit you.
