How to promote new Targeted Text-Ad web site?

Hello,

I have recently launched a new CPC (cost-per-click), targeted text-ad solution called Panizon. You can find the web site at panizon.com. I am trying to the promote the new site and find advertisers. I don't think I will have any problems finding publishers because I want to pay good commision. Any ideas/suggestions would be helpful.

i think you have to advertise on sites which are related to domains and websites. for example alexa.com (you can advertise on this site from adbrite.com)
then whois.sc and others you can find.
forums is a good place. include a link on your signature.
