I'm looking for a way to automatically create a banner on new accounts on my Apache server? I've heard of an .htaccess way, and a .inc.php way. Can anyone come up with something? I'd like to do my adsense in there, but that may be against their TOS. But how can I do the automatic banners?

K, when I add .php to the .htaccess it messed up. It gives me an internal server error. How do I do .php files? htm and html work just fine.
