Saving Time On Forums

Hello everyone,

If you're like me you then you're always looking for new vehicles to drive your business. Forums have been a great tool for me to find these, but they can take up a lot of my time, and I get sad when I log in multiple times only to find that my answer hasn't come yet.

What is your strategy?

When you say your answer has not come up yet do you mean you have not received a response to your post? If that is the case, many forums have the ability to email you when someone responds to your post - this will save you time from unnecessarily checking forums.

This is one of my strategies. The other is to add each forum to my toolbar and then open them in succession when I am online. I've gotten into the habit of scanning for new/interesting posts and quickly closing the tab before I get immersed in reading threads that don't add a lot of value.

Forum is the great place to share your opinions and skills. Sometimes we ask questions and we didn't received any response or reply. As you said, I log two times just to see if they answer the reply or come back to it.

I posted this same question on some other forums and got found some forum software that lists my forum websites, lists my replies, organizes my forums, and automatically logs me in. It's Russell Brunson's Forum Fortunes. Google it if you're interested. It isn't free, but I think it's worth it. Thanks for your input.

Yeah, I am using Forum Fortunes too, save lots of my time to scout through tons of forums on the net. The software has the columns where you can save your messages, user name/password and from the software itself, you can go to the forums which you have saved up, with just a click away.

Best part is you just point the username/password column and click paste..it will automatically paste for you. Like Scott said, it is not free thou.

Another way, is to go to Google and find your favorite Forums, then you go to the forums and save all the forums under your favorite. Next time, you can go to your Favorite Folder where you have saved all the forums' links.

Hope above can guide you too..

Cheers !
Vince

I think that Forum Fortunes is a great tool and have used it also. It is good for organizing and saving time with all the different forums that you visit. I think the cost more than justifies the savings in time...

Since it works for you guys, maybe I should try that one too. How much does it cost? I rely on email notifications for this.
