TARGETED TRAFFIC?

Hi , i know theres a lot of scam targeted traffic sites out there BUT i know there are legit ones as well.

I was wondering if anyone knew a few of what these legit ones may be?

Targeted traffic thru PPC (with anti-click fraud) is a legit way. What you should stay away from are companies offering guaranteed amount of targeted traffic within 24 hours!

i found a couple of these targeted traffic sites that LOOK legit with phone numbers to call , i know having a phone number doesn't mean they still can't screw me but i came across a lot that didn't even have a contact number but anyway i wanted to know what anyone's opinion's are on the following sites that offer this.

I would recommend that you save your money and put it on advertising yourself. All of them say "targeted", but seriously do you think $5 is going to get you very far in targeted traffic? If it was that easy, they wouldn't be trying to sell you that type of service.

Try PPC and advertise through Google Adwords or Yahoo Search Marketing. Take sometime and make your campaign, it is proven to be the most effective. Essentially, your traffic from it is as organic as it gets.

i have also heard that adbrite.com is a cheaper alternative to google adwords and yahoo search marketing...

also , what about using search engine submission service sites?

I know www.blastengine.com is a SCAM! PO. Box, no phone number, won't return emails, never received password and then when you try to retrieve password, it never comes, you try to cancel account and it brings you right back to the login page where you need to input your password that never came. You try to review the site and they have created forums with "positive" reviews of their site and then lock the forum so no one can enter more comments. The content is all fluff, the big box retailers that they say are satisfied customers is all BS! SCAM SITE--AVOID!

I think Google Adwords will give u real targeted traffic...only the cost is problem

never heard of it. but i thinkpay per click (PPC) method using adwords , adcenter and affiliate marketing is the legit ones.

I thought you meant sites where you buy traffic. Adwords and other PPC products driven by major search engines do work great.

I have a client that started spending 2K /mo with adwords 3 years ago, they spend 10K /mo now and Internet sales are almost 40% of their total sales now.

The most successful free sources of trafic, if done correctly are

StumbleUpon - have as many people as possible to give you thumbs up and review your website. Have people you know do it.
Digg - place digg button on all the pages possible on your website
YouTube - If you can get come up or design a video that would appeal to as many users as possible ( usually useless junk and humor )
Del.isio.us - again have everyone bookmark your website.

You can also go to addthis.com and get a button that would allow anyone to add your site to any social service. Good Luck

Targeted traffic is almost impossible to offer to anyone... although Google does do a great job with it.. I've created my own method. Check my sig. People buy ads and they display on my content pages when keywords match up.. so I know mine is legit.. the only other good one I've seen is Google.. actually I am impressed by Microsoft's advertising method. They target keywords on pages and turn them into advertisement links.
