How do you get humans to stay on a site 10 to 30 seconds? Some may leave immediately, others' computers may crash during the first second and some others may find the content so interesting that they stay an hour. That doesn't sound very human, it sounds kind of unrealistic and automated.

Can you explain your statistics?

And besides, what's the point of humans who are on a site between 10 and 30 seconds? They can't browse, check out, and send payment within half a minute anyway.

I think you are a bit confused, so let me clear a few things up. Visitors can stay for any time period they wish, but only visitors that stay for your desired time period will be counted as a visit. If someone leaves before the disignated time period, or their computer crashes, they are not counted as a visit. The visits are coming from members of my site at Tempscript.com.

The longer the visits, the better chance the visitors will view and purchase something from your site. I recently recieved a email from an advertiser from my site that ordered 3000 unique, 30 second visits and recieved over $500.00 in new hosting orders from visitors from my site and is extremely pleased and a repeat customer. It really depends on the service or products you offer on your site to make it appealing to visitors.
