Unless they are monitoring the network connection actually looking for such traffic, then I would reckon you are in relatively safe territory. However, I do believe Google would detect this and potentially close your account or block your messages, and if it's severe amounts of mail, potentially report you to your ISP.

Most likely Google has a rate limit and won't let you send more than 100 emails per hour or so.

A ISP can get annoyed when you send mass emails through THEIR SMTP server. Otherwise all they see is your internet traffic. If your ISP Terms of Use has something about sending spam/bulk mail then you know where you stand. Read up on them if you can find them.

So mailboy is using a direct method and built-in SMTP, so ISP will not know that i'm sending mass mail?

Have tried mailboy but is not able to send smtp using smtp.gmail.com.
