Don't buy that crap... because you don't have the assurance that all 1000 visits are unique visits....

It is more like Spam traffic that you will get from them...

hehe - that is your professional opinion?

I have a site that delivers traffic - but it is done by the members who are advertising their sites as well.

We don't promise thousands of hits a day, but you can get hundreds - and they are actual people seeing your site.

I would be VERY careful about buying traffic though - find out where it is coming from. Is it popunders, pop-ups, BOTS, autosurf... there are lots of nasty things out there - but there are a few decent things out there too.

About the non-targeted traffic - well, it is quite simple to actually target your traffic if you are using a site such as mine (a manual traffic exchange). You need to think about what it is that the people who are viewing your sites are looking for - and then work out how to allow your site to give it to them.

Use fast loading, straight to the point pages - and you should get a pretty good response, no matter what your niche.

The only time that this doesn't work very effectively, is if you are selling a local product - like, fresh bananas in Queensland, Australia. Not many ppl from the States will be able to access the product.. lol - but if it's something online, then there is always a way to reach the people.

Cheers!
Cindy

P.S. Just a last note on traffic exchanges - you can't promote sites that are displaying adsense on them. It will result in your adsense account being banned, and as a result are not allowed in rotation at www.trafficbunnies.com

Eh, never bought or used traffic surfers. Earning your traffic is a more valuable item than anything else. Plus knowing you accomplished something and earned a lot out of it makes your rewards 10x's greater

Nothing harm in it if any relevant websites can really give you the traffic. But if you have options like Google adwords, then why you go for any other options?

That will be waste of your money. Most of the time they are machine generated visitors. Although they say its real human visitors.
You can explore other avenues utilizing your money better.

Thank you for the comments and tips. For now I am simply exploring the possibility and, as you might know, when you type "get trafic" on google, these sites comes first.

Searching for "traffic building techniques" probably get you some good articles to read.

Even if they have actual people visiting your site, they are not looking at your page. They are watching the timer, usually on a seperate tab, before clicking to the next site, building credits to get more visitors to their site.

There are so few that would find this a targeted market that it is useless for most.

You'll get traffic, but what kind of traffic? You want to invite people who will be interested in your services, products and other site features, not someone who's gonna give you a 100% bounce rate and stay for a second.

Depends on where you are buying that traffic from. But for me, I would rather invest spending on some place else - ads, ppc, banners, etc.

For high traffic generation, you must handle multiple methods of traffic generation. I do not believe you can simply rely on one method of traffic generation no matter how good that method of traffic generation is. One of the worst things to happen is when you depend on one source of traffic, and that source of traffic falls apart.

If yr talking about "Natural Linkbuilding" then these are not! Try spending quality time researching and serving your product in a slow and steady manner, no short cuts please. Remember, top brands didnt do it overnight!

Thank you

I know by experience it wouldn't work, for three reasons:

1) It is a waste of money

2) This kind of service will not provide customers

3) You have a great possibility to be penalized by search engines

Patrice stay away from this crap.

Just do some quality link building to get rankings in SERP and get more targeted traffic. Its cheaper or won't cost you nothing at all

Well that really depends. Some people use crappy bot traffic, which IMO is fake.
And some use real, honest ways to get you traffic. It really depends on the honesty of the person. But more times than not, it's a worthwhile investment.

I think buying traffic is not worthing except the case when you are absolutely sure that they can deliver you quality traffic (this is pretty hard to know, but you can make a research on the internet about the company that will sell you traffic).
