1. Make sure that you use only social bookmarking sites that allow the bookmarks to be public and provide a link to a public web page that lists your bookmarks.

2. Make sure that you add that public page from each bookmark site to your favorites in Internet Exlporer (IE). Thats right, bookmark your bookmarks. Then add all your posts to your Internet Explorer favorites as you write them. (Otherwise your bookmarks may never get indexed, see next step)

3. Then export your bookmarks from IE. ONLY use bookmarks sites that allow you to IMPORT your bookmarks from the IE export file. For example delicious, yahoo my web 2.0, aol bookmarks, etc. But there are at least 30 others.

The only exception would be to hand enter into Digg, Reddit and Propellar and maybe Danogo. Be very, very careful or all your hard work will be deleted. I suggest opening a new count after you reach about 50 submits.
