Make a Squidoo lens about IP checking and link to your site from it. You can do the same at hubpages and all the other social sites - these pages tend to quickly gain PR so can be a valuable source of backlinks as well as a direct traffic source.

If you search "safelist" on google and click on the sponsored link titled "Safelist Secrets Revealed" you can get a free video tutorial on how to use safelists effectively and you also can advertise your site to the front page of google without the insane PPC costs.
