Super Duper Admin

Hey guys. I am still a bit new here but thought I would see if I can get some advice.

I run several networks online. One of them is a forum network. I own roughly 40 domains that all have forums on them. They are not standing alone. They have an online magazine that go with each one and some have blogs. The problem I am having is getting the forums to take off.

But here is the thing. All the forums are the same niche but are state specific. Meaning each magazine and forum is on a different domain.

I have them in each state. Maine, NH, Vermont, etc... etc...

I even have one out of Canada. The potential for the forums is outrageously silly but am looking for a person to be a super duper Admin and run them for me and approve new members etc.

How realistic is it to find someone to do this on a profit sharing type deal rather than paying them a flat amount each month??

How should I approach this and where can I find someone to spend time on 40 different Message Boards and each message board has like 10+ forums.

The other option I tried doing is finding one person per state who was in that state and you know how hard it is to find 40 people LOL Nuts!

This person would probably only need to look over maybe 30 because there are a few Admins already on some of them. Like Arizona, Maine, Connecticut, Texas, and I think one other one.

Any advice on this would be appreciated!!!

Try posting also your job specs at freelancer sites - like scriptlance.com, getafreelancer.com, etc.

I think you should hire more than one person to handle these sites so as to maintain quality.

Tell these guys what you're paying - not profit sharing - if it was working you wouldn't suggest profit sharing!


Hunting sites - yuck - After hunting armed men it kinda takes the sport out of killing unarmed beasts for me......

I agree, that is not cool at all. Good luck finding someone. You might have to state some pay or minimum pay.
