Getting people to join your new website

One thing I've learned is that it's really hard to get people to join a website that looks like a ghost town. I just spent some money on some PPC marketing and not one person joined my website despite the fact that I'm giving away a free incentive. If my website was busier I probably would've had a few responses. Therefore, I came up with this simple concept to get more people to join your site. Basically, find webmasters who are also having problems and join their website in exchange for joining yours. After you get about 50 other webmasters to temporarily become active on your website, your site should take off from there. I just started up a simple website to help people to do just that. Indeed.....its really hard to get visitors to join a new site specially in intial stage after launching a website but if you have some really good content then it may sure help to get more and more visitors to join you site.

If your site is properly index in google and have some good ranking so it has great chance that lots of visitor come to your site through search results and suppose a visitor come to your site through surfing on google and he impressed with your site then sure he will also tell his friends about the site and in this way you will get lots of people to join your site.......

The funning thing is.... its going to be hard to get that site of the ground because there isn't anybody on it.

Also, the best way to start a site that needs a lot of members is to collect emails and then once you have a big group of emails (300+) launch your website and ask your email list to join in. If you have a larger list.. you can launch your site to groups of 200 or 300 per day to maintain traffic to get the launch off the ground.
