Adsense for me is the best. I heard about widgetbucks but I did not try yet.

adsense cpm is hit or miss; it's only available if an advertiser chooses your site for cpm... right?

I like Voxcant or the newsroom. These guys pay $0.50 - $3.50 / CPM. A lot better then Widgetbucks, those guys from Widgetbucks are all hype and nothing more.

Voxant looks promising, paying $3.50 per thousand video impressions. I've got an example here.

Upon further review, Voxant is not a true CPM program. You get paid $3.50 per 1,000 videos played, meaning your users have to click on the object. So its more of a CPA than a CPM.
