First off, welcome to the forums..you've come to the right place to find info on this subject. It's obvious that you're new to SEO and that's ok. Everyone starts somewhere. I would recommend that you start out by asking very specific questions. You will learn alot. To start out you are going to need to find out which keywords people are searching with for your product or service.

Then you'll need to move into optimizing your pages for those keywords, focuing more on getting other sites to link to you using the keywords in the text of the link. There are some on page elements you should look at. You can find a guide to optimize for google on our site that will help you optimize your on page elements.

Online Advertising, like Popunder, layer ad, search engine, and etc.

You can use something like Google Adsense. But, if you found it too expensive, then you can try Clicksor. The bidding is much lower than Google.

If you have a larger budget, I guess Popunder works better.
