Advertising service for online marketers and small business
Hello,
I’m Phil Basten and I am both a marketing consultant and program creator with JAM Marketing Inc.
The purpose of this message is to give you some information about our company and advertising services. We develop advertising sites for small business owners and online marketers that are affordable, effective and easy to use.
During our more than 9 years online we noticed a dramatic rise in the need for such services and we began developing them based on what our customers told us they wanted. One service we created is a site that is working extremely well for our members. It offers free targeted text ads, plus the ability for members to send their offers to a responsive audience via email at the contact email address or to place 4 line top sponsor text ads on emails sent by members. It has an Aussie flavor and members love it.
You can see the site in action here…

Thank you!
Have an awesome day

Hi Phil, I am surprised to see you here. Anyhow welcome! You do not know me but I have used some of your programs in the past and have had decent results. I just purchased the search engine submitter and was into profits within a week! I am also listed in the top referrer list for 1MA (15).
I have found it very profitable in the forums and look forward to working with you in the future.
Sincerely,
David Bowie

Honesty? - Scams don't work unless they claim to be honest!

Although most would think you are being sarcastic, I actually think there is some value to what you are saying. I have taken the time to read some of your post and see that you do have some knowledge and good input.
Although I have been successful offline in the wholesale Auto industry, I have had only minimal success in the online marketing arena. And yes, I have been taken in by a few or shall I say they have been taken.
I do think a little different, I was taken for Seven Hundred last year by a programmer but what he failed to realize is if he would have been honest, he would have made Seven Grand off me!!!
Thanks for the tip... I suspect I could learn a thing or two from you.

Auctions. I was Recon Manager for the San Diego Auto Auction For 12 years and semi retired 2 years ago. I ran the body & paint, detail and the mechanic shop. The Auction is owned by Cox, along with 130 other Auctions.
My only claim to fame is starting the relationship with Enterprise RAC which the head office laughed at me and said I would not make a dime. Eight months later, they saw that my revenue went from 12 grand a month to 120 grand a month. Now all the Auctions are doing Rental repairs.
I do miss the business and visit dealerships in San Diego and Oceanside once a week. One advantage is, I have not bought a car at retail in 12 years. I bought a 03 IS 300 Lexus 2 years ago that retailed at 30 grand and I paid 19 for it.
I let the business on good terms and hear from them at least once a month to catch up on the gossip. The company has a standing joke at the office saying if they want to know what is going on call me.
Have a great Sunday.

Just looked at the competition - It would be easy to dominate in the engines in California

Auctions? Yes, that`s where I know I have lots to learn. I have no clue as to what you are really saying. Even in the auction Industry, I was self taught. In order to get the Enterprise Contract, they required that I learn the Mitchell estimating software and I had no help. now I can whip through it with ease.
I have lots of drive but know that I have a lot to learn. I have been online since 2000 but have only started to see real income working onlne in the past two years if you call making 700 a week real income.

For a site - the hardest part is determining what the goals will be.
then target your audience - who do you want to come to the site - what are you going to offer them - then entice them to do what you want them to do.
Without knowing the goals - it's not possible to form objectives to meet them.
Let's say you just wanted to promote one company - pretty easy, who are there current customers, who do they want for customers, what are surfers looking for - target them - bring them in and entice them.
Provide what the competition does (and more of it) and more importantly, provide what they don't.
placement is easy if you target.

Hello
Maybe You can help me ... because I'm not very familiar with email ads.
I got to the website by searching for opt-in email advertising on google, I heard that 'opt-in' is necessary otherwise my emails will be considered spam.
I recently bought 1000 email ads, from taketheinternetback.com and paid $15 for that and I got about 460 visits from them in about one week. I did sell more toys (my online business), but I paid for 1000 emails and sincerely, was expecting to get at least 70-80%.
Do you think this is a good result?

Angelinna, there are lots of variables to consider when using an outside opt-in mailing list. For example: How old is the list, is it targeted to your specific product? It looks like you accomplished what you set out to do.
you spent $15 and what was your ROI? Expecting 70 -80 percent seems a little high. Looks like you got about 45% which is decent for someone who says they are not good at what they are doing.
Here is something to think about : Out of the 480 who visited your site, who made a purchase? If they did make a purchase or not, do you have a page they can opt-in to keep abreast of the latest toys?
The other purpose of the list you bought is to capture opt-ins for your own mailing list. Another thing to consider is are they being paid to open and visit your website. If that is the case, it is imperative to get them to opt-in to your list and save future 15 dollar payments.
Hope this helps.
P.S. Hey Pinkfluffybunny are you out there? I had to uplug over the weekend. Getting ready to launch a new site that`s long overdue. Your knowledge is great and I hope to read more of your post in the future.
David
