What should I do with these sites?

I have these 2 sites in my sig that I've never really done anything with. They do get some se traffic but there's really nothing on them. Any ideas to make some money with them?

For midmichiganproperty.com I was thinking of calling some real estate company and letting them list all there properties for free to get it going. Would that be a good idea?

I have 100's of sites and don't need to sell them for pocket change. I'm sure I could get something for midmichiganproperty locally though if I do that. I'd rather do something with it first though.

I would suggest you improve your site SEO-wise and traffic-wise. Content is another important factor. Drawing traffic is useless if you don't have any useful content to offer to your visitors.

Once you have good content and good rankings on SERP, monetizing it would be easier

Your listing is really empty. You could ask a local realty company there to tie-up with you. Say for example you publish their list on your site and you get a commission for any leads that will result to a sale. This would enable you to earn a little revenue and be able to populate your listings.

Just a quick idea that popped in my head right now

I would agree with developing midmichigan by forming a working relationship with local realtors. This would allow you to monetize the site and make it much more valuable then it currently would is worth. As your traffic grows you will be able to work out a fair rate with realtors to list on website.
