What would be the Good Option for getting relevant traffic and sales from the net -

From the Relevant High Traffic Sites where we can advertise our site OR Directly from Google Adwords (PPC)?

I'll try the PPC Adwords campaign but make sure is done properly.

I agree, but the only real way to get traffic spread the word without spaming or lucky enough to get listed high in search pages.

I too would rather use PPC and would stay away from High traffic websites. I don`t care how relative their content is. I tried it once and got lots of visits but no conversions and the cost was deadly.

Depending what your offer is, I have had some decent results with some of the better known TE`s. In my case, the TE`s have given me good results on one of my sites, because I offer a free 31 day trial.

It depends on what site you've used and how long. Highly relevant sites have very high conversion rates for me.

YSM or Adwords are good when you are doing them search based instead of web based if you prefer spending money.

Really depends on your relative experience with PPC and the niche you are in.

Its safer to go for a sitewide ad on a relavant site with good traffic if you don't have any experience yet with PPC - as this could really empty your pockets

It depends on what you want.
If you want visitors to your site and hope they click one of your ads so you can make money. Go with PPC

If you want certain people to buy a service or product. Go with Relevant High Traffic Sites.
If you look at high volume sites, you will notice they really are getting away from PPC companies. Large companies seem to be getting away from using ppc also. Like everybody else, they are tired of paying a lot and getting little in return.
Need a good example? Overstock.com stopped 90% of their advertising last year on the net. They felt TV did a better job for the buck.

Add your site at place where people can come fast i.e. increase traffic on your site.
keep your site in a website where most of the people visited.
