Buying backlinks

I have a client who is in the process of marketing his site. He wants to build his back links but does not want to take the time do find and exchange links to his site. He wants to buy 100's or 1000's of anchor text backlinks. He doesn't want to spend a lot either

That is definitely possible however he may not get very high PR sites.

That maybe ok but he doesn't want to go out seach for the sites he really looking for a service for a one time fee to add his link on their site?

Hi,
is he basically looking for somebody who exchanges the links for him? Would he be willing to host a links directory on his site, or does he only want inbound links?
If he is willing to host a links directory, he could hire somebody to do the link exchanges for him. If that is something he might be interested in doing, contact me. I might be able to work that job myself, and if not, I know somebody else, who also offers this service.

From what I get from his requirements is that he does not want a link page just inbound links from anchored text link.

well, then he should go to linkadage.com to buy links. But, he will have to pay a fee every month.
I think that what he is looking for will be hard to find.

You could also hire a text link broker so that you don't have to deal with the auctions and indvidual site owners. It is a little more expensive however because they do all the leg work.
