Hi ... I wouldn't put down all sellers of visitor campaigns. A lot or many, yes, I agree, 100%, but not all. QTS has a long history of problems, going back 18+ months.
There are other factors to consider, when buying visitors. They should come from a publisher network, of repute, for example. You must buy a 100,000, if you can afford it, to get a firm idea of effectiveness. If you buy RON (Run of Net), try to find out what percentage come from Eastern Europe or South America, as sales from these areas will be few and far between. Western Europe is so-so, for sales. The top converting areas are US, Canada, UK and Australia, with Japan not far behind.
Keyword and country targeted visitor campaigns work, well. RON is hit and miss, depending on the particular visitors you get.
Problem, of course, is money. Keyword and country targeted visitors, with high conversion rates, are expensive. RON is dirt cheap. To a large extent, you get what you pay for, and nothing more.
Don't judge all sellers, of web site visitors, by one, who has a poor reputation, generally.
Hope this helps. Good luck.
