Nice post,
It is a lot easier to make money on the Internet if you are already on a path that is leaning towards success. A major advantage of running your own business is that of setting your own pace. If your expectations are unrealistic, you'll become frustrated and disappointed when times are tough and when things don't work out as you'd have hoped. However, you must have the determination to work through the problems, until resolution.
Please be sure about this, because you must want to succeed as a top personal goal. Your chances of success are even better if you need to succeed! Don't be half-hearted about your business, or it will be an uncommitted business!
As you can see there are plenty of ways to find the best home based business. The key is to enjoy what you do, and of course make some money at the same time. Make sure you believe in what you do.

Well the way that I see it, you have two paths that you can take...
...You can surf the Internet and find all the free information that you need to build a successful business (It’s very possible because there are thousands of sites out there with great information) or you can buy a product that contains a proven method so you can start bringing in the cash right away.
Forums are a good way to start and they are free but you need to contribute first. Another free way is social networking at places like Myspace, Facebook and Twitter, which are a social community. They don't like Marketing because they are a people site so you need to act accordingly.
More free ways is Bookmarking, blogs and submiting your site to search engines [Google, MSM, Yahoo].
Are your websites search engine optimised with the right keywords? Don't fill your site with too many keywords at a time, doing that won't help at all. Create links on your site to copies of your original site and use different keywords in them.
Doing these free methods, unless you have money to spare, takes time and you must be consistent but it builds up very big eventually.
It's a good idea to build your own list so that you can help them out with relevent information down the line. Some people have a list of 100,000. 2% of that is 2000 X say $40 = $80.000 in 2 weeks? Oh my. Is it possible?
Of course you have got to know how to do all this, for free would be nice.
Actually I'm proud to have a free video that explains a lot how to do most of the above and more..
Bye for now..

We usually grab a few niches that are being constantly searched through of course Google and make up our PHPbayPro sites and make money from other seller's goods.

My estimate - 85% of your visitors leave before the page loads. If you don't choke them with graphics, the java slaps them.
work with what you get first ...
The development and seo business always picks up when the economy gets bad, businesses start turning more and more to the net for sales.

There are so many scammers selling bogus targeted traffic out there, is there a reputable place that will give honest ratings so i can pick a company that is reliable and responsible?

Hi Chris,
You say "have two businesses/websites and I would like to increase the revenue..."
I have used e-mail marketing to do that and have been through the E-mail Mastery program over at http://www.myemailmastery.com His information is real helpful.

You could try working harder and improving your rankings or branching out into other areas of internet marketing and webmastering.

Hi Chris,
Have you tried an autoresponder and opt-in page to build a list?
Have you used keywords in your website if so how many? How relevent are they?
You could use a list to sell your other website [WHM].
If you use too many keywords in a page it won't help you any better. Not too many different size text is a good idea. Keep it reasonably simple.
I believe that using a video in a page works really well [see free video below].
With a video you don't have to put so much text in a page as a video says it all.
Just a few suggestions.
Bye for now..

If you are not able to get traffic which converts, then you need to find ways to improve it. Maybe your sales page is outdated so the page which was converting 6 months ago is sank now.

Advertising
When you see your profits go down, do more and more advertising. Dont worry to spend money. On the internet without much advertising you will certainly sink.
