How much does a site linking back to you really help?
When posting an ad on [link removed] each ad links back to my website. My question is how much does this really help with my SEO efforts? Will it help if I post multiple ads or is it better to just post one ad?

It helps when the Page Rank "PR" of the site you are getting the link from is a higher PR than your site - this site you mention has a PR of ZERO so the value would be nil at best

Well....it looks automated and I do not think it may have any great effect on your SEO.......try to get more and more one way or natural links....

Post one ad. The backlink helps but only counts a domain once.
In addition to that the backlink needs to be related to your site and the text of the backlink should contain one of your more popular keywords

How google compare the site is related with same category. Is there any tutorial/guidance on this.

When you get a link from a site best is getting the link for a keyword. Meaning you put the keyword withing the <a> and </a> tags.
