I am a self-sutdy university student majoring in marketing. Now, I meet with a tough question during my studying. Could you help me out?

The question is let me discuss the factors I should consider in designing a marketing channel for the distribution of a product or service and I should use at least 3 examples to illustrate my points.

Thanks a lot. I am puzzled whether the question refers to the three distribution strategies:exclusive/selective/intensive distribution? Seems the question is asking about the marketing channel( one of the 4Ps). Anyway, thanks indeed.
