On v7n moderators are chosen by the Administrator, and is not something you should ask about. Moderators is chosen from members with the Mentor status.

v7n is an English language forum, moderators and administrators need to be able to read what is on a website you link to from v7n, so we know that the content on the website is within the v7n rules and guidelines. That is why v7n only allow links to English language websites.

I didnt see anywhere in the rules that link should be in english? And why did you remove all my link?

Posting quality content, being helpful to other members and the community in general and reporting rule-breaking posts, is some possible ways to get reputation points from me :).

Take a look at our Quality Posting Guidelines, there may be some good ideas about quality posting on v7n :)
