Hello, I just posted a reply to the thread on Internet use in prisons but wanted to ask you a personal question. I noticed you mentioned the use of Skype in prisons as a way to communicate that is monitored. Do you know anyplace this has been implemented? Or anywhere that more discussions are taking place. I'm currently working with the youth of incarcerated parents and using Skype looks to be a promising communication device. Any info you have will be appreciated. Thanks.
