Now a days offline business is more popular especially marketing and sales field. You can go for it but it has a lot of competition as well.But I will suggest you to either start up in partnership with some experienced buddy, or first take some training on your interested field then go for it.

I ont advise you to go for an online biz because it makes one to become anti-social and its also boring at times, being locked up inside ones house and sweating out ones ass in building backlinks.
