I will use this money to submit my sites to only few top Directories like Yahoo Dir etc.

Also, I may buy some useful articles at freelance sites. I can then use these articles to submit to article directories.

Then I would do my own SEO, article writing and site submissions.

I would use the money to do some cpa campaigns specially for the email and zip cpa offers, since they dont cost the visitors anything but an email or zip code, they have a much higher return than paid stuff.
