I use to have a sign in my office addressing this:
"Poor planning on your part does not consistute an emergency on mine.." Author unknown

4. It's not rocket science: Used most often when pointing out to someone that the task he's been asked to complete isn't, in fact, complicated. "After all, it's not rocket science."
I say this at work few times a week to newer co-workers. lol

I love 7, 8 & 9! so funny and so true.

I, personally, use 1,2,4 and 5 quite often. I know I'm not quite unique for using them but I have used them in my past history. Guilty of charge.

The second one is the best. It is used by my partner every time we are brainstorming.

I bet he wears gold chains and gaudy rings too doesn't he? lol!

It means to "mess" things up badly, make an awful blunder or error, or fail miserably. I used the word "mess" as a substitute.

Well, "screw" is a tamer word for *coughs* and a pooch is a dog. It's the kind of thing that might slip out in an appropriate setting, at an appropriate time but I wouldn't go around the office saying it all the time. Only loud guys with gold chains, gaudy rings and minty booze breath do that. lol! You were just asking an honest question though...I wouldn't worry about it!
