You aren't the only ones. We all need to learn to let go and just let someone else handle a task their way. It really doesn't matter how it got done, just that it is of a quality that reflects favourably on the company.

Have you laid out the quality expectations to your subs/employees? If they don't understand the quality you want then they can't meet it.
Do you give them deadlines? And stress that
that is the deadline, no if, ands or buts? I worked in an industry where this was the way it was. You got your price in on time or no chance for the job, period.
