Take your time when you create your listing to sell your website and provide as much details as you can. The more details/screenshots that you provide, the better the chances of selling it faster and at the price you are looking for. Take a look at a couple of listings on there and see what information that the owners are providing including there description of there website to including revenue stuff.
I've bought a website off flippa but have not sold one yet.
