What are you interested in/knowledgeable about?
What skills do you have as far as setting up a business? e.g. can you design your own website?

You could always expand on that. You can buy a domain, fix it up until its working well, ranked well and getting decent traffic, and then sell it. (flipping - I think)
Or you could use your SEO knowledge base and expand on that and be an Internet Marketer.
Or, you could offer SEO services to clients.
neither of these are overtly expensive, and if done right could help you build a business out of it.

Hi Mywibes,
I would say it would be best to start with learning some new skills,
learn how build a website would be a good start. then you can learn how to drive traffic to you site.
A domain will cost about $10. Kompozer is a free website building tool from mozilla, easy to learn on.
A hosting account, to host your website will be from $4 - $20 a month.
An autoresponder (to handle your list and messages). aweber has a $1 trial at the moment.
there are plenty of FREE ways to drive traffic to your site. Now if you put in the hard yards at the start its going to pay off big time in the future.
this is a very small out lay compared to starting up any other business. so just stick with it and dont give up!!
Heres to your success

Whatever you do don't blow it all on 1 domain name or website. Buy a cheap domain name that is of good quality and build a site off of it. Sell it, then repeat the process.

I understand and it all depends on what it is you like to do and want to do besides the domains. If you want to branch out you can pm for some cheap alternatives. You could do surveys. I have a site that I trust. Pm me and I will give you the name. It is a cheap way to make some extra money and not invest your money. Not alot of money but some and it is free.

I suggest you get into Micro Niche business which is very profitable right now. Also you say that your good at domaining so you will have a good knowledge on choosing domains with good CPC. Plus these sites can be easily ranked with a little SEo.
Good luck

Come on, get some sites registered.
The budget is well-enough for that (if you have money, of course).

Why do you think that? If you've managed to pull it once, you obviously did something right. You can't know unless you try, and there is equal risk to lose your money in a different kind of internet project. Others have already given you sound advice on how to proceed. Little more selfconfidence won't hurt you, give it a shot. Good luck

If you have skills in web design and development, you could flip a few sites and see how you go.
Buy a domain, build a site, get some traffic to it then flip it for sale. The only real cost is the domain, all the others are just your time and a bit of effort.

That's nice but can you provide a more in depth response with some details?
What kind of ecommerce site?
Remember the thread creator would have to buy a domain, web hosting and also the software and maybe even a template. Would this fall under the thread creators budget?

Thanks snakeair,
Domain name can be purchased just with as low as $9 per year.
There are many shopping cart providers offer ecommerce site start from $9.99/month. (I'm using 3dcart for my own)
Use drop shipping program such as salehoo, doba for the ecommerce site so no need to waste money by buying goods in bulk.

You can invest this money in starting blogs and running adsense on them.

Start getting familiar with affiliate marketing.
Sign up for an affiliate account with Commission Junction, GetAds, or any other affiliate network that accepts you.
Pick a easily converting campaign, something that pays for a first page submit.
Research some relevant keywords using Wordtrack.
Setup an Google Adwords account and then start creating campaigns for the affiliate program that you choose. With a bit of luck, planning, and common sense you should start making a profit, and if you don't, oh well, you just picked up a new skill.

I agree with this suggestion, starting a blog from what I here is relatively cheap and simple.
The only cost associated with starting a blog is the hosting required to publish the blog online.
You can even get a blog for free using Blogger!
I hope this helps.
Much Thanks,

There are lots of business opportunities that do not require a large up-front investment. You just have to look around. Buying and selling domain names is tricky in my guesstimation and it seems the SEO service sector is relatively flooded. Best of luck to you.

Maybe you should launch a ecommerce site and join one of affiliate programs (not to invest in inventory).
