Hi! I am needing advice on some online fax software for small businesses. I would like to know what features to I really need to consider and are necessary when selecting a service. Thanks in advance!

Does your computer have a fax modem? You might consider getting one if you don't. You could then fax right from your computer.

Also, some printers have a Fax function included.
