4th point is most important one. A FAQ page must have good questions or I say common questions that people usually ask.

2nd point is also a good one. Most important and common questions should be at top.

personal op.. FAQ does not make a good site, if your business is built logically you do not need FAQ pages, and do even people have time to read FAQ these days. Most FAQ pages contain the same questions over and over again, and really impossible to make FAQ stupidity proof. People are more online and getting more smarter I guess. If they joined FB they are really smart.

Instead of FAQ you should build pages like terms and privacy policies that are explaining your business, shipping policies etc.. etc. Where can I login (make a login button on your site header)? why can't i login (you can show text suspended etc)? What is FB? you really have time to explain this?
