Are you feeling overwhelmed, juggling too many tasks & projects, and feeling stressed out? I'm guessing YES!

You're not just an entrepreneur trying to start or manage a successful online business... you also have a full life outside of that vying for your time and attention.

We're always in search of that magic solution, the ideal schedule or routine, and testing out different Time Management tips & techniques to replace those that just aren't working anymore. Or at least I am.

That's where I am now actually.

Do you find that you work all day, day after day, and "stay busy" - but never actually achieve your goals, or get to your most important tasks?

What I have found to improve my productivity is to not just understand what my priorities are, but also how to work in the small pebbles as Covey calls them. Things like cutting the grass and running errands may not be important to my long term goals but they have to be done.

What I try to do is group my to do list so that I have identified a list of things to do when I am not at my best in terms of energy and creativity etc.(such as running errands), so while I do the big important things first as long as I think I will give my best effort, otherwise I hit the task I have identified for my low energy periods.

I think you are perfectly right with the thread. All day long, we are just like some small robots, trying to get at least one of our target done, but at the end of the day, we consume it by staying 2 more hours thinking on what we could do on the next day, to have it done...and again the same work routine...

As i said in the previous post, as a single worker with multiple tasks is hard to get all of them done..but as great man said from this forum "you have to give 110% work" and you will do it.

I think that if organization efforts are efficient, even an hour a day spent on clarifying what you need to do and planning when will save you 5X the time and make the work funner and easier because you can truly concentrate on the task at hand.

First, you have to set your priorities and allocate a time frame for you to be able to work on those priorities.

Second, set aside time for yourself to bond with family and friends. It's never good to celebrate success alone.
