Post Do You have the same problem ?

Hello .

Normally I get clients from forums like this . And it was constant thing .
I was creating threads on forums like this with offer of my services and there where some number of quotes from clients after few days .

But now , for about 2 weeks I didn`t get any quotes / mails from clients.
There were a week when I get about 10 quotes and now it`s zero .
Is this beacouse there are summer / vacations in this month ?
Do You have the same problem ?

Thank You , Bartek

No idea why there is less customers contacting you these days. If they don't come to you, why dont you go and find them? Try Elance or something similar.

I've had a slow month with my store as well. Could be vacations.

Vacations like mentioned and next month is Sept. and in the USA that means kids will be going back to school which includes college kids. Parents who do stuff online and purchase designs..etc might be holding back on spending money for there online stuff till they get there kids there back 2 school stuff.

There is always some down time in each niche when it comes to making money off it. Work hard and you will get the business jamming again.

I do not offer services through forums but I do provide services on freelance sites. I have found that with the amount of freelancers increasing every day it is becoming harder to make a living.

I have seen my online income drop considerably over the last 6 months, however my ratings + reputation are still near perfect.

I think these markets are becoming overly saturated.

The market constantly changes. You either need to adapt. Posting on forums is one arrow in the quiver... it looks like you need to find more arrows. One arrow would be like catcat suggests and join a freelance site. Another arrow is building a list, another is Ezines, another is social media, another is blogging... you get the picture.

July and August have always been a weaker months for businesses - that is a known thing.

It could be that the forums you browse now have a lot more competitors doing the same thing. Make sure that your posts/websites are better than your competitors before posting and you will potentially do even more business than before.
