Red face Do you ever have that....What if...thought.

Today i sealed a $50,000 purchase of a website online. Its a site in decline, having previously achieved impressive traffic, revenue and profit figures.

Everything seemed good value.

Apart from one thing.

I had the opportunity around 5 years ago to buy the domain for $1000..i didnt, something which i have always regretted.

Im not too sure how much of this deal is driven by the domain, and whether i wouldve brought it if the site had been called something else.

What id give to go back and save myself 49,000!

Anyone else had similar experiences?

The past is past and mistakes that are relived tend to clutter the creative mind...

Hindsight is 20/20. It's hard not to beat yourself up over it.

Would that site be what it is today if you had taken over it when you had the original offer?

Life is too short for would haves, should haves, and could haves. If we get hung up on what is behind us, we are sure to miss what is right there in front of us.
