Yes sales is also an important factor. also In order to make sure that ecommerce store is on the right track, you need to ensure that your measure on several very relevant KPI's like you should know - ROI - the month over month or year over year growth - your conversion rate - Purchase Intention - your cost of sales - repeat purchase rate

Looks like you've got everything covered! So what was the point of asking the question?

yes, you have every thing covered by the way but from my point of view .. good cost management for example how much is your cost and profit plus forecast if you can carry it on as a proper business. this is what i will look. i am normal person want to grow a business, i wouldnt go for terms like conversion rate - Purchase Intention, what is that anyways?

basically,
Conversion Rate here refers to the number of visitors actually buying stuff from your web-store, you can calculate this rate by a simple formula i.e #of Conversions(sale)/# of visitors

Purchase intentions a survey which tells you what % of visitors wants to buy from your store

I've found some useful resource regarding this topic which can help you in identifying the performance of your business. Let me know then I can share it with you

Return rate and reviews. Simple.

Personally I feel you have had all the necessary answer and are just trying to draw out this thread for post count. Stop trying to reinvent the wheel.

Sales are king. The rest is just window dressing.

Not sales - it's possible to sell items at a loss or low margin, as we discover with so many businesses with sales of millions if not billions that are dependent on loans from banks and/or that go bankrupt - but net profits. That's the only metric that matters in that respect.

Different people focus on different indicators. The owner must pay his attention to the ROI of the whole business. And the sales department may use the sales amount and conversion rate to measure their efforts. The marketing department will use the visitors' amount.

Once you have set goals and selected KPIs, monitoring those indicators should become an everyday exercise. And most importantly: Performance should inform business decisions, and you should use KPIs to drive actions.
