paypal Zero limit issue
i hav ea old paypal premier account - 2002 , the problem is that i can't withdraw the money from it.
it says that i need to verify my credit/debit card, which i don't have
i made a new paypal account which is working fine and i can withdraw 500$ a month from it.
now the issue is that i have a couple of hundread dollars in that older account and i can't withdraw it.
i tried to put some money in it, so that i can increase it to a leve from where i can withdraw a cheque.
unfortunately it didn't work. the older paypal is not accepting payments either.
any ideas what i can do?
