Does Plimus still accept paypal payments?

Hi, I'm planning to attach a payment processing system to a web site of mine. I observed the 2CO but their fees are bit high. Does anybody use Plimus? Do they still accept paypal? How about their support? Thanks!

I've heard good things about them, but seriously I don't really know what's the difference this and paypal merchant service
