I hate paypal because it have high fees to my country.. I prefer Alertpay for that

Paypal seems to allow everyone into my account but me. I am presently awaiting the results of my DNA test to see if I'm allowed to get my money.

Paypal works great except for those in some parts of Asia. Yeah, I think people from India can't receive payments for goods or services that are made through paypal. It works fine here where I'm at but I'm kind of having a problem with E cheques. They take forever to clear!

On what do you base this statement? I personally love Paypal but i can google up tens of thousands of threads where people complain and where fraud has happened.
So what is the basis for your coment?

When I first set up my ecommerce site, PayPal was the easiest payment processor to go with.
But it caused huge customer service problems. The payment gateway was confusing and PayPal was trying to convert my customers to their customers at every turn.
I dumped PayPal and got a real merchant account. Complaints dropped 90%. That's really all you need to know.

commission rate is horrendous and 1 billion checks. But its all good to protect the buyers and seller.
comparing to the scam happen all time on internet , I don't mind paypal's hassle and pain they give me.Not using that often now

I use Paypal just to buy stuff. I don't own any business that requires me to receive payment from Paypal.

Actually I have had nothing but good experiences with PayPal. The only dispute I've ever had PayPal awarded in my favor and refunded my money. Their fees are good, no overdraft fees and the money market funds, credit line and other features make it even better.

I have had bad experiences with paypal. Their customer support is awful, when things go wrong they do not want to know!

I don't think Paypal creates problems to Indians. For the last 3 years I am using never face any problem. As per my knowledge they are the only people will help in money back if you did not get the right product.

I have been happy with paypal lately although i am sick of paying the FEEs for my latest transactions that have been hundreds of dollars. Haven't they gone up on the fees? Have you noticed?

Yes the fees were adjusted quite a while ago now. You would have gotten a notice if you have signed up for notifications.

Paypal once froze my money for 6 months. During that 6 months they were earning interest on my money and they gave it back to me after they earned their interest. They didn't give me anything. This company is just horrible. We need a class action lawsuit against paypal.

Some time I do as their policies protect only buyers and my friends have actually lost money. But if you stay careful then paypal does not cause any problem.

Yes you are right. Paypal service for paying is not good. its provide bad service to its user.
i have also faced so much problem many time..
Few months ago i paid some amount by paypal, and it deduct from my account but did not get by site owner.
