Alertpay Verification Problems

I am trying to get verified on Alertpay but it seems that many ways to get verified such as with a bank account or credit card are not an option. Does anyone know when they are going to bring back these options for account verification?

Right now there bank and credit card verification options are unavailable while they work out a resolution. In the mean time Phone verification is working.

I suspect they will send out a mass email when the issues get resolved. No time table on this as of yet.

I have an account with alertpay and they also ask for address verification to get verified. I don't know if they still ask that for all accounts but when i registered with them 4 years ago they asked me to confirm my address.
