Why Paypal is not allowed

Why paypal is not allowed in countries like Pakistan, Iran Bangladesh etc? Do they not know in these countries there is big economic activities that Somalia and Ethopia (allowed countries). Being a pakistan it seems strange that Paypal is not considering to extend their reach within these developing countries. Backward countries are allowed but no these. Why do they do this. Don't they see any growth opportunity here. Why they are so biased company.

Usually it's because Paypal (as a US company) is not allowed to trade with certain countries due to US Financial Law (particularly considering that Paypal is strictly speaking a bank).

So it's not about third-world or backwards countries, it's in many ways regarding US foreign politics (you'll find similar problems with EU providers).

I have been helping my internet friends accepting payments via paypal and giving them their funds via Western Union.

I have been doing this since 2008 and I have been limited by paypal before. I understand completely to work with only trustworthy people. And I have been scammed before and there are still people around the world who still owes me money.
