Question Can you recommend a payment system?

We are choosing the payment system for the service. The service provides the access to pay API.
The following points are of big importance:
  • The customer specifies the sum, which he pays to the account of the service himself.
  • Minimum period of a refund.
  • Possibility to withdraw the money to the card of Payoneer system.
  • The support of PayPal is desirable.

Payment systems

HI, I recommend Stripe for simplicity and if you are doing a higher volume, A standard merchant account with a payment provided such as cayan or ipayment will work. The best API for accepting payments is a program called authorize.net It's widely used and ranges from about $17 to $30 per month depending on which re-seller you get it from. Hope this helps.

It is not that difficult to use standard Paypal buttons with a per purchase generated attribute that is stored on local database and returned by Paypal purchase return for verification without even bothering with the API requirements. Easy to do with PHP. (But I did it last a decade ago)

From extensive experience I can tell you that hands down Stripe is the best payment processor out there. They are eating everyones lunch right now. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

As I think PayPal is the best online payment method. It is very secured and very popular.
