They're not expecting too much... They're on a budget, so they were just hoping to get some decent snapshots from family. They asked if I'd take the group pictures after the service. It'll be outside, so I assume I can come up with some OK pics since it'll still be light outside at 5pm. I told them I'd try to get some decent shots of the service too. So yeah, They don't have their hopes set too high.

Here's a link to some pics I got at my cousin's wedding:
http://www.facebook.com/album.php?ai...5&id=579278353

They came out OK...

I will definitely check out the web site.

Thanks!

I gotcha. Very understandable! One tip for you for taking the group shots outside... say you have a group with 3 rows of people, try and keep your aperture at f/8 or even stopped down further if light allows, and focus the middle person in the back row. Typically, your lens will have shallower depth of field past your focus point than in front. So this will better insure you have everyone in focus.

By the way, you have some very nice pictures in your wedding photos. I really like the photos with natural light of the bride at the window!

I was drooling all over that photographer's equipment. He had more hanging on the other shoulder. I was close to asking him to marry me.

I was going to say.. that looks like serious business! I can understand two camera bodies, but sheesh, why so many?! Or was he just holding onto other photog's camera's while they were doing something? Interesting!

Ok, I found some to share! This is my buddy Matt at work. The first shot, he is trying to give me his tough guy look (he is one of the most humble persons I have ever met). The second one is Matt trying to ignore me while I am bugging him from my desk. LOL

I guess I could show some of my pictures. Lemme edit them a little and I'll update this post.

Edit: This is my musician friend trying to impress a girl he just met.
No edits other than making it black and white.

Edit2: Don't hurt me if I broke any rule! This is the first time I'm using a camera for something other than random self shots.
