My life the last few days.

I am sure you guys will find these fascinating.

This has been my life for the past week and the only pictures I had time to take. Maybe later this week I can do better. Or least post the "after" pictures.

Now if you have any questions ask them. I am ready to sermonize about shoddy roofers and nail overs.

Gorgeous photos everyone! My 3 yr old sneaked my camera away and took these. It's interesting to think that this is his eye level and how he sees the world every day.

Hi to all,

I was coerced into joining V7N by a member here and thought I would add a random shot. I am very much an amateur photog, so please be gentle.

There used to be plenty of donuts, Chance. But Herself hogged 'em all!

And a person can never get any coffee when Cricket's around!

Welcome, by the way! I love the smoker shot. I wouldn't mind having that on MY patio!

Thanks for the welcome. That smoker is well seasoned as you can probably tell. I've had gas grills, but there is something very earthy and primordial about charcoal cooking. There is just something about ripping open a highly colorful bag of compressed burnt wood and poking an electric heating rod under it that harkens back to a simpler time.. or maybe not... :-)

I have a ton of ideas, but no batteries for my Olympus. And I haven't even had time to go to the store for over a week. Can you believe I've been out of brandy for a WEEK?

The expression on Monkey's face is priceless.

I was very lazy today, so my random shot is pretty pitiful.

Just tell me what time you are firing that up and I will be there. Ribs are a sure winner but I will eat whatever you are cooking.

Welcome to the forums. See not all of us bite.

Okay. I promised to do better than the last batch. Got home with enough energy to pick some maters and click a few quick shots.

I submit Mater Tinker toy, First mater 2010, Water hyacinth in bloom, and Water lily gone wild for your viewing pleasure.

I re-sized them all to be forum friendly. No other PS feature other than crop was used.

.

I hate a crowded post.
