Thanks. It is no prize winner but that's a difficult subject to find something appealing. Cricket you should have an easy time of it at the river walk or a fountain somewhere.

Concrete

I have my concrete posting up on my blog. I hope that today I can remember to bring my camera to work with me - I might find cool stuff!

Your very own "Chia pet" concrete rock. Cool Shot. It took a momnet to register what I was seeing.

Concrete in itself is usually boring gray. It was nice to see some that isn't.

#6- WATER

This may be tough to discern, but... next to the larger powerboat, you'll notice a sunken sailboat.

The rumor is, that the owner left the roof/hatch open. Snow and rain gathered inside the cabin over the winter, and eventually pulled it under.

I wish I had taken pics when the water was ice, but oh well.

Joy

You probably think this is a rather odd picture for joy. Go to my blog and find out why this tent made me so happy.

I took a few hundred pics today, but between the heat, beer, and a gazillion people, I am not sure if I got anything or not. Uploading now to sort through them.

Sorry for the long post...

#3 Wood- Jiri Fischer from the Red Wings used to come in to the dealership I worked at.
He was waiting for the courtesy shuttle to go to practice, and I threw him the keys to my car.

He returned later, but left his stick in my car... the next time I saw him he told me to keep it and signed it.

Darien Hatcher had just been traded to Detroit, and wouldn't let Jiri keep his #2 jersey, since he wore the same number.
That's why the 1 in 21 is in a different pen... he was used to signing #2.

His heart stopped during a game shortly after... he never played in the NHL again.
