This is a scavenger hunt that I have wanted to do for quite some time now. Let's see if we can be creative enough to capture feelings & emotion in photographs. Keep in mind that each of these feelings/emotions is totally up to your own interpretation. Your thoughts might automatically go to facial expressions, but add in a little creativity and it could easily be a scenic picture, city shots, or children and animals. You are only limited by where your mind takes you for this challenge.
- Sadness
- Excitement
- Affection
- Relaxed
- Frustration
- Surprise
- Irritation
- Courage
- Satisfaction
- Friendliness
- Love
- Amusement
- Serene
- Boredom
- Curious
I am thinking that 30 days (June 10th through July 9th) would be a good time limit for these 15 shots, but it is not important if you do one every other day, or finish them all in one weekend. I recommend posting your submissions (along with your comments about the picture) here in this thread (use our thumbnail method) along with creating a special album on Facebook or Flickr so that you can also give us a link.
The following is only an example, (stock photo) not my submission.
Every submission for this challenge needs to be a photograph that YOU have taken DURING the scavenger hunt, so don't use pictures taken by other people, or pictures you have previously taken.
#4 Relaxed - My idea of pure relaxation...
P.S. You could easily combine this scavenger hunt with our
All Summer Long Blogging Challenge to give yourself more topics to discuss.
