Yes I realize there are instances where rape and such causes a woman to be pregnant when she didn't choose it. That's a terrible thing, but killing the child who also had no choice is a poor solution.

If we are going to have an abortion debate, I'd like one thing set forth before any arguments. State when a person becomes a human being. The moment. Conception? Birth? Age 13? 21 years of age? Just state when a person becomes a human, and why you believe so.

at inception...that way we can punish them for having sex they should have never had and teach them to respect the nuclear family concept.

I see a problem here. Person's age is counted from the moment of birth, not conception. Logically, how can you tak about features, right, nature etc of anything whose age is zero? It doesn't even exist. Kinda like trying to break into a house that hasn't been built yet.

Note: I am not making an argument for abortion here, merely pointing possible inconsistencies.

Hmm maybe it is a relegious thread after all. When do you think we have a soul that goes anywhere after dying if you are even slightly relegious or beleive the Word.

I would have to think that it starts the moment life begins. At inception. Therefore called Murder.

Yes, it is their choice. And it's my choice whether I kill my neighbor or not. But that doesn't mean squat insofar as we are debating the ethics of it.

John as I mentioned before it does go back to relegious stuff as you mentioned. I dont like to challange the owner lol but I will if I have to stand up for whats right.

If we were to keep relegious stuff out of this there would be no use even debating the subject. It would be totally ethical and morally right.
