Up until the 13th (not including the 13th or 14th) would of course be the first trimester. The early structural development occurs in this stage.

After that would of course be the second trimester, when the embryo is now a fetus. Although not quite developed to be viable in form, it is recognized as human in form. Then of course the third trimester which leads to pregnancy.

But even with research this is allot to see.
I did research as well, my research made me sure of that no way for abortion, I just think about people who have everything they want even kids, and people that they are killing them selves to have a baby and cannot, looking to abortion make me so sick really, god gives you not you you, give a person a life to take care of, who am I to end it like that???

I do not see any definitive statements in support of your position here, but would it be correct if I assumed that you think the taking on of a arms and legs makes the fetus more human, and is a good basis for granting of right to life?

a. Note corrections I made in my edit, although not relevant to your question.
b. Nope, incorrect, although easy to assume. I believe that if an abortion is needed resulting from rape or incest, there's a really swell chance she'll have an option to do so before 13 weeks. I also believe that, since non-viability and viability transition during the 2nd and 3rd trimester, there's gray areas. Viability could be reached in the 25th week, not the 27th or 28th or so on.

Brian, again, I fail to see a statement from you which states clearly what criteria you are using to deny right to life to one stage of unborn children and grant it to another stage of unborn children.

Please, in the name of Saint V, state your criteria and your basis for using that criteria.
